This is OPENING DAY for the Travel Alberta Visitor Information Centre
(located on the south side of Highway 3, 8 kilometers west of Coleman and 6 kilometers from the Alberta / British Columbia border)

PLEASE JOIN US IN WELCOMING OUR VISITOR INFORMATION CENTRE STAFF FOR 2012!

Condolences to the Cherneski Family

Irv Cheneski was a member of our Board of Directors, in 1986 shortly after buying a local business in 1985 and settling in High River. Mr. Cherneski passed away at his home on May 4th, 2012.

The High River & District Chamber of Commerce offers its condolences to the friends and family of Mr. Cherneski.

Little Britches Parade

Monday of the Victoria Day weekend, May 21st, 2012 will once again be Little Britches Day in High River.

The High River Agricultural Society is pleased to invite you and your family to a day of fun, laughs, maybe a few spills and thrills and good memories for all.

Start your day with the Parade at 10 AM in downtown High River. The Chamber of Commerce is pleased to report that the world renowned Stampede Show Band,The Round Up Band as well as many of our regular participants will once again be joining us. Many of the bands will be performing at George Lane Park (weather permitting) after the Parade.

Continue your day at the grounds for the rodeo in the afternoon, starting at 1:00 PM.

Admission will once again be free courtesy of the Ag Society.

We hope you will join us for this exciting day.
