Scot Hecker, Education Program Consultant of Employment and Immigration, Workplace Standards Policy, has asked the Chamber to advise its membership regarding a new Toolkit for Employers.

The toolkit is available online at http://www.employment.alberta.ca/espublications or by calling 1-877-427-3731 to order a copy.

A Refresher Course for Employment Standards Code is available.

Southern Alberta businesses may take this course either at the Employment & Immigration offices, or in your own workplace.

The course is available between 9 AM to 2 PM Monday – Friday. (The refresher course is approximately 3 hours long)
