Dear member, Supporting our members through their financial
challenges is what we’re here to do every day. This focus is even more important now as many of you face tough situations resulting from the
COVID-19 pandemic. We want you to know about the supports we have in place to help you through this tough time. We’ve established a financial relief program. This is to help members experiencing financial
hardship as a result of COVID-19. This program includes up to six-month payment deferrals on existing mortgage(s), loan(s) and credit products
for personal and business members. Every situation is different and our team is here to work with members on a case-by-case basis to determine the right solution for you.  We’ve increased our capacity to help members through our Member Contact Centre.
