FAQ: Membership Fee Update

Why is the Chamber increasing membership fees?

We’ve held our membership rate steady for over 5 years. In that time, costs have risen across the board — and we’ve significantly expanded the value we offer. This small increase reflects inflation and ensures we can continue supporting local business success through advocacy, resources, and events.


What new value is included with my membership?

With this update, members now receive access to:

  • Chamber Perks App: Member-exclusive local discounts and promotions

  • Expanded Chamber Calendar: More networking events, workshops, and campaigns to promote your business

  • Auto-Renew Option: Stay active without worrying about expiry — automatic renewal is now available.


When does the new pricing take effect?

The new pricing will apply starting October 1, 2025 for new and renewing members.


Can I opt out of auto-renew?

Yes! Auto-renew is optional. You can still choose to renew manually each year if preferred but be prepared for us to bug you for that payment.


How much is the new membership fee?

The standard membership will increase by a small amount annually.
